Mark graduated
magna cum laude from the accelerated honors program at Western Connecticut
State University with a BBA in Accounting. While at Western, he
participated in various extracurricular activities including student
government.
Mark has served as an officer and director of several organizations
including the Milford Jaycees. He is the chair of the Connecticut
Society of CPAs (CSCPA) Relations with Colleges and Universities Committee
and is a past chair of the CSCPA Social and Recreation Committee. In
addition, he is a member of the CSCPA Accounting & Reporting Standards
Committee and the CSCPA Legal Relations and Services Committee.
Mark has over 15 years of experience in public accounting. He
specializes in financial reporting and tax research. His clients
include individuals, partnerships, and corporations in many industries
including professional services, finance, retail, wholesale,
manufacturing, real estate and construction. In addition, he
performs services for trusts, estates, and non-profit organizations and
has presented in-house seminars on accounting pronouncements.
Mark received the annual Forty Under 40 award from the New Haven
Business Times in 1999 in recognition of his community service and
professional achievement.
In his spare time, he enjoys fishing, snorkeling, golfing, watching
sports, theatre going, traveling and investing.
